Pork Chops

Decided to throw some pork chops on the BDS. Served them with white rice/ w corn nibblets, steamed broccoli and cauliflower.


Just added garlic salt, and fresh ground pepper.

Corn and rice. Never thought of mixing the 2. Chops look great. Pass on the veggies for me.

That's a great looking meal. Love the rice and corn idea. There appears to be a little more in there besides rice and corn though.

Nice looking chops, how long did you leave them on the smoker and what temp.?

Just steamed rice with corn nibblets, salt, butter, and a little bit of chicken bouillon. I kinda like my rice moist.



Hey Madmax - took the BDS to 275 for an hour. Since these chops are so thinly sliced I didn't take temp just eye balled it.
