Lit the drum stacked 3/4 to one side..once going good Snuggled a small mesquite split up against. Marinated pork belly placed on grates. (Deflector placed below the grate). Marinade was Allegro original and Tony C Salt Free in bottom of fridge sealed tight. About 24-30 hours. Lid shut, shooting for 225-250 and will check back in several hours.
