Hi all I’m new here nice to meet yas all. Very cool site I always find myself on it looking at different reviews of smokers and different ways of doing things. I literally just today ordered my Pitmaker Safe smoker I’m excited can’t wait to get it got time though 6wks it’s gonna be a long six weeks. Anyways my questions was anyone on here familiar with these cookers? Any advice you can give a newbie would be greatly appreciated. Do you always cook with the exhaust damper totally open? My primo ceramic I have, if I did that the temp would drop to low. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
