Phubar's Trip to Nice to Meat Pics

Last Phriday Padawan and I went to pick up our competition meat from our meat sponsor for competing last weekend.

We're very glad with our new sponsor cause they've got some serious top shelPh stuPh.
They label their meats into 3 categories (Classic label,Select label and Gold label)...the Phirst one are the cheaper cuts (very good quality) and the third one are the more expensive cuts (Wagyu etc.).

Normally we're entitled to the cheapest label for sponsored meat but somehow they give us quality of the third label...without even asking for the more expensive cuts.

Nice to Meat delivers their meats to top notch restaurants,wholesalestores and Phamous Dutch (TV) chePhs.
I Pheel very tiny knowing what they do...it's like walking into a Georgio Armani shop with no money but you can get away with whatever product they got.

I made these pics for my team,Nice to Meat and for you guys who would appreciate it.


-Iberico pork rack
-Berkshire porkneck
-Wagyu brisket
-bone in,skin on chicken thighs
-LiVar Boston butt
-Berkshire porkbelly
-LiVar ribs with porkbelly attached (on request from us)

Nope...overall 48th out of 58 teams.
We were quite happy with our results but it didn't add up with the results of the judges...there's a quite big discussion going on on FB with judges and teams.
OPhcourse we had a good time,but.....
