I didn't spend time on the sides next to the pulled pork...I'm feeling a bit under the weather this last week.
I had some smoked borecole stamppot left with some porkbelly chops from Padawan.
The porkbelly chop was diced and mixed into the stamppot.
Also made a butter/onion/tomato paste based sauce and a Carolina mustard sauce.
