Phubar's Po'k Chop Pron

Scored a nice thick chop at my butcher...rubbed it with Byron's Butt rub.
For sides some smoked taters,smoPhried paprika/scallion salad,garlic sauce and some tomato/chocolate sauce.
Pics are a bit out of Phocus...
