Padawan saw Gordon Ramsey make one so she wanted to try one as well.
Meat was rubbed with olive oil and a rub that I got from Brother Castelli couple of weeks ago in Belgium.
Taters were also rubbed with these ingredients and some Phresh rozemary, they turned out a bit black but they didn't taste or smelled burned...they were very tasty in fact.
We used half of the loin.

Oh dang! That looks phantastic! Do you deliver?

Oh man!! That looks great!! As I'm contemplating toast, or a bowl of cereal, that breakfast looks amazing!!

Love the action shots of the flames!! Great post!

the weber or whatever it is is not assembled correctly. it cooks better when it is.

Thanks for the tip...I allready saw that.
This cheap Landmann kettle was neglected for years and became quite rusty.
We only cleaned the grate before we put it to use again.
I ain't gonna take the effort to take it apart because the legs are rusted up and the kettle produces tasty food.
If she keeps cooking outdoors she'll probably end up with an UDS and a Weber 22,5" kettle within a short period of time.
