Phubar's Lowland Smokers @ Nice to Meat 2015 Pron

Last monday we had to do a little catering/demo gig for our meat sponsor Nice to Meat....we also had some neighbours that were cooking too.
We had to make Australian Black Angus reserved rump roast and picanha/rump cap for about 80 people on the OFYR: http://www.ofyrnl.com/
Picanhas rubbed with salt and the rump roast with Oakridge Santa Maria.

Waaaay too expensive for me...I think between 1800-2500 euros depending what setup you wanna have.
It's heavy duty allright but I think you pay alot for the "designer" side of this unit.

Best picanha I've ever had!
Normally picanha is on the lean side...sometimes (if I'm lucky) I get one with marbeling but this piece was ridiculous!

Dang, Phu - that all looks incredible. I had a bunch of picanha at Fogo de Chao (Brazilian restaurant) last week. It's a very nice and will known restaurant. All the Phood was Phantastic, but your picanha is better - by Phar. There's a Brazilian market near my house I hope to take y'all to one day - they have picanha and all kinds of other stuPh.
