Ed is a member of my team from the beginning...it was his wife's birthday yesterday and he asked if some members of his team could cook something up.
Dennessey,Padawan and I were there to help him out.

Ed is not a cooking member of our team but more of a sponsor...for comps he provides the team with a BGE Large,Phridge and entree money for comps.

Don't know exactly cause Padawan en Dennessey made them.
Here's how I make them:

-ground beePh
-bread soaked in milk
-parmesan
-garlic
-parsley
-oregano
-salt
-pepper

Mix it all together,roll balls ,wrap in bacon.
