Phriday we had a little catering gig in my hometown for about 35 people.
On the menu was..

-MOINK balls
-shrimps in salt crust
-cedar planked salmon
-pork tenderloin
-picanha
-red Phruit crumble with Greek yoghurt and honey cress

Pharking Phantastic! Is catering something y'all would want to do Phull time or do you like it as a once-in-a-while thing? I was on a catering crew Phor a ittle while - it's a lot of work but can be enjoyable. I liked it much better than working in restaurants.

The catering is just to earn a little money for our team so that we can buy shirts,banners,comp entree...etc.
We just do a few gigs per year and I don't want to get into catering...a sort of BBQ snackbar Phranchise would be nice though.:thumb:
