Yeah...farfalle cooked in creme fraiche,chardonnay,shredded Gouda,salt,pepper.
The birds are quail which I bought at my poultry butcher,he's also specialized in wild.

Like chicken but more PhlavourPhul.
I ate it for the Phirst time last December at my Brother Kurt's place in Belgium.
Gonna go there again next Phriday and hoping that my Belgian Brother got quail on the menu again!
