Phu you nailed that for sure. The cooking pics looked great but the presentation plate was one of your best yet. Absolutely perfect what a meal.
 
How do you like the potato's?
Do they dry out at all?
I've been meaning to try tater slices but I've not done it yet. From the looks of yours, I'm doing some this weekend!
 
Now that's a BIG CHICKEN Phu, now I know where they ship the biggest birds in the Bird Farm at...To Europe LOL!!! Over here we get them that size, However the ones that are that size are Packaged as Capons!!! Go figure!! It looks great Brother Ya know I want The Cherry Glaze Recipe too PM Needed LOL!!! Peppa!!!
 
Dang that looks good! Every time I think I'm getting bored of chicken, I eat some and realize how much I really love it. :thumb:
 
The chicken and drumsticks were brined for about 24 hours.
Dried the chicken and drumsticks in the Phridge...coated them with olive oil and Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust.
Mopped them with homemade cherry glaze.
