Paul kirks championship sauces, rubs, etc book

It's a great book that covers anything from a brisket to a whole hog and most every type of mop, sauce and rubs. I got mine for Christmas a while back and still go back in every so often for new ideas.
 
I've been looking into getting a book on rubs and this looks like the best one.
 
i was looking at Smoke and Spice or Kirk's Champy BBQ last night at the book store...i picked the latter. glad i did!!! need to study up now.
i own it now. picked it upat 10 pm right before they closed. I need to study as well. I have a sauce idea i wanna try out

kansas style with some of kick to it.
 
I picked up a copy at his class a couple of years ago. Paul was kind enough to autograph it for me. It is one of my favorites...I consider it my "go to book" for rub and sauce info.
