I will be making that on Monday for dinner after the 2 briskets that will be done on sunday.
I use either the spiral pasta or large egg noodles, chop the brisket, add to noodles and then the sauce.
Heaven in a bowl.
There's some sauce slopped up on the sides of the bowl. Some of the pieces have particulates on them. I know it's not a garnish competition, but there should be some for contrast. And I sure don't see six portions! I guess that's a DQ for that turn-in !!!
