I've been asked to do Brisket and Chicken for 150. I would like to give them a assortment of white and dark meat. What would you guys cook and how much of each? Thanks in advance.
 
110 thighs, 30 boneless breasts (not the ostrich size, but no more than 3/4" thick, even if you have to slice them in half), (2) 14-lb full packer briskets
