Back when folks were stockpiling TP I bought 4 bottles of propane for my Blackstone tabletop. I finished the last bottle today. Sam's has a six-pack of Coleman's for $30. Next trip by Sam's I'll restock. A small custom butcher that ages their beef 21 days ran a sale this weekend on cutlets (tenderized). $3.50 per pound and 4 nice sized cutlets for chicken Fry for $3.50 is a good price here. I have a friend that buys them and seasons and fries in butter with an egg for breakfast biscuits. Anyways, today's wet batter chicken Fry on the Blackstone in bacon grease. Wet batter is same as dry batter except all mixed up like a pancake batter. Cutlets are soaked in the batter a while then cooked wet.

Wife handled sides and gravy.

Not fair Adams, frozen pizza in the oven here.

About two times per year I'll buy a frozen cheese pizza. I'll make Reuben Pizza and or a BBQ Sandwich Pizza. The friend I mentioned above he'll put fried pickles and ground beef. A frozen pizza can be fun. Enjoy
