-starter tilapia Phish in cheese onion bread with shrimps and a rucola/Greek yoghurt sauce (Padawan)

-main course Iberico chop with smobaked tater and chicory/Belgian endive (Padawan,Phubar)

-dessert Greek yoghurt with rhubarb and a spiked coPhee (Padawan,Phubar)


Philling for the starter was (raw) tilapia seasoned with Plowboy's Phin and Pheather...mixed with scallion,marinated sundried tomatoes and some other stuPh.
Padawan hollowed out the storebought cheese/onion bread and put the Philling in it.

Chops rubbed with salt and pepper.
Smobaked tater was Philled with a mixture of storebought cream with herbs,creme Phraiche,garlic,salt,pepper,lemon juice,ham,scallion.
Chicory was piled up with Gouda,ham and bacon...smocooked in a chickory sauce I made out of the remains of the chicory.
Sauce for the chops was made out of some rhubarb sauce,chicory sauce and resting juice from the smoked chops.

Basic rhubarb sauce was made with port,orange juice,vanilla sugar,salt.
