pack or flat?

I have been following brisket prices at my local Costco for years. Never came across this......Is this a mislabeled flat or a really flat packer? It's now in my freezer. Thoughts?

Looks like a flat to me.

My Sam's is at $4.24 for a prime packer. Walmart $3.96 for a select packer.

Looks like you got the whole brisket "price per pound", but only have a flat in the bag. Mis-labeled meats are somewhat common, look at this one:
