Not trying to steal anyone's method, but I'm looking for ideas on how to present ribs in a clamshell when open (edible) garnish is allowed. Any examples out there?

Do you have to do them in a clamshell if not I have some pics from a local contest we did last year .We just put them on cardboard cake plates?
