My wife wanted 15 bean soup, I wanted some brisket chili. So, we made 15 bean brisket soup, that after 2 days turned into a ‘stew’
Onion, carrots, garlic, and left over brisket added to beef broth and beans. We let the brisket be the seasoning and added a bit of Montreal after it cooked for a few hours.
Then for leftovers, stew night, threw together some quick beer bread.
