So doin one practice with Jason right before out rib shootout comp next weekend. CTBA sanctioned and I think we got a helluva chance to win it again.

Used a slicer instead of the cek-40 and they seemed to be juicier also. Not kinda jaggedy like electric knives sometimes do.

Bbq Guru controlled WDS (weber drum smoker) @300 for almost 3 hrs
