for those of you that just don't know.....
(sorry been watchin' pop daddy vids)
the best queso in the world(queso is that spicy cheese nacho sauce)
1 block velveeta
1lb skeet smoked fatty-spiced w/ pepper,garlic,onion pwdr,comino, & sage(to 150 & finish crumbled fry in the pan)
add 1 can med. rotels
1 lb shredded cheddar
1/4 cup milk
6 slices jalapeno peppers
1 dash paprika
simmer & stir for 2 hrs...
do what ya like- over chips, i like over bacon,tater,egg tacos, or croissant,egg @ bacon breakfast sammie(b.o.b. in texas)...
even though that was a 4 fatty slice,3 egg,pulled 'skit, & cheese b.o.b. w/ tater salad kinda brkfst......
