I actually did some inaugural chix thighs already.
(Hey Norco, let me tell you a secret. DON'T tell anyone else, the guys on this board will disown me----I don't really like fatties! Ok I said it).
 
so.... do you just go by what it looks like. roughly how many hours was it on? from the time you listed... sounds like 8-10 hours. It looks really good.
