Oinktoberfest question for WNY's

Little confused.

The original entry form says Sat turn ins are usual KCBS AND pork shoulder/butt, Wings, Anything Buffalo but wings.

Reading the cooks packet I see the pork shoulder/butt has been removed from post KCBS turn ins (still part of KCBS obviously).

Is this right?? So KCBS as usual and now just wings and anything but ?

The Anything buffalo but wings and wings categories on saturday are optional and wont affect overall scores right?

Right........KCBS scores only for the champ. Everything else is extra fun.

nope...totally open garnish...anything goes as long as it fits in the box
