<p>9 pound pork shoulder.Nine hours in and the temp is down to 206. Opened the door and moved the coals around and tapped the charcoal ring to drop the ash and the temps are on the rise.</p>

It's now a t2 cooker kind of day.....

‎10.5 hours and the internal temp is 173...
Just fired up the Egg - pizza for dinner tonight. The pork is for the game tomorrow. :becky:
