I haven't made any chili with Pulled Beef, Pork, or anything other then with Ground Beef. But, this is a great tasting sweet chili that I doctored up from just a basic recipe. Could have made it hot, but the family isn't a fan of hot and spicy. Also, this is enough for about 4 people. Here is the recipe...Enjoy!

1 LB Ground Beef
1 1/2 - 10 OZ Cans Of Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 - 10 OZ Can Of Kidney Beans
1 - 8 OZ Can Of Del Monte Tomato Sauce
1/2 - Green Bell Pepper
1/2 - Yellow Pepper
1/2 - Red Pepper
1 - White Onion
2 - Shots White Whine
3 - TBSP Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce
1 - TSP Salt
1 - TSP Pepper
3 - TSP Honey
2 - TSP Chili Powder
3 - TSP Chopped Garlic (6 Cloves)
3 - TSP White Sugar
2 - Laurel Leaves

Season the ground beef with Grill Mates Montreal Steak seasoning or whatever you choose and brown. Dice up the peppers and onion, put in a crock-pot with the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate overnight. The next day put it on low heat for 7-8 hours. Add some cheese on top or not and it's good to go!
