So I got a 10lb butt out of the fridge

The seasonings

The butt rubbed up and headed to the fridge for a sleepover

The cooks lunch. Butter fried boloney, cheese and crispy onion straws on rye bread

Fired up the chimney at 06:00

Into the 18”

All done and off for a rest

And the finished product

Plated on a couple dinner rolls and cheese fries
