...Picnic Brisket Salad. Cooked quite a bit last several days. A pork picnic and brisket flat included. I packaged and froze in Sandwich size baggies for quick meal meat. I got lazy and the bag I placed in fridge had both pork and brisket. I was outside doing something important probably and The Bride asked if I wanted Brisket Salad. She went on to say she had used the baggie(unbeknownst to her containing Brisket & Picnic) in the fridge.
Meat into blender till smooth
