Aguachiles!

Shrimp "cooked" in lime juice, similar to ceviche, served in a spicy sauce. Cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper, Mexican oregano into the blender. Served with sliced cukes and red onions. Saltines or tortilla chips on the side. Fell in love with them in Mexico City a few years back.

Hell yeah Andy!

Aguachiles are better than ceviche to me. I do them time to time also.

Yep, that's how I usually do them. Had friends over so I tried to be fancy with the presentation.

No wonder we get along so well. :becky: :thumb: Gotta get Bubba to try some.

Well there's another Brethren recipe that I'm gonna' steal... I'll try the crackers but that tostada is lookin' pretty darn good to me...
