With seeing the steaks today at work, I just had to have one along with a sweet potato and sautéed Brussel sprouts....

First the sprouts sautéed with butter and garlic...

Steak was seasoned with only Salt and Pepper and grilled on the Smokey Joe (it was feeling unwanted and unused)....

I have trouble making slaw outta regular sized cabbage.
Did partake of those little micro cabbages last nite along w/chucksroast for supper last nite along with fried taters and onyums.

Burp..........
 
Really nice - I sure do lile brussle sprouts - yours looked very good - and here I sit eating cereal.
