Well, this week they have choice grade whole vac-pak briskets on sale for $2.99....last week they actually had Prime ones in this regular grocery store chain for $4.99.
Anyway, I'm thinking pick up a couple more (my big chest freezer is almost full)....maybe grind one or 2 of them up for ground beef and maybe try my first hand at a beef sausage link....
