Nitrile Gloves

Looking at these for pulling pork and preparing food. Anyone know what the diffrence is in the midknight, the plain black, and I think it it the lighting pair of these gloves?

I reckon Nitrile gloves are Nitrile gloves regardless of color. The ones I get are kind of a light blue I think. I prefer them to latex or vinyl. They last longer.

I like the Touch-n-tuff (sp?) brand. They are thicker than most

I'm guessing just the color.

Powder free vinyl works for me.
