Hi Brethren, I go by Ed, live in the NE corner of Ct. Been wanting to build a smoker for a while. Decided to build an UDS. Well because its cheap and I've got most of pieces and parts to build it.I Almost complete I just put some paint on her and once it dries I'm going to fire it up and give it a shakedown and monitor the temps and such. I have a bunch of chicken thighs waiting to be my maidin smoke testing specimens. Well I'll be pokin round somewhere. Great site lookin forward to spendin some time here. Ed
