After getting to 115 degrees indirect.

After hitting them with high heat to get to 130.

Plated and ready to go. These were FANTASTIC. Tender as all get out, and a nice charred bark.

Yummy!
 
Thanks. Could not believe how TENDER. Just salt-n-pepper. The reverse sear thing makes for incredible steaks. Medium rare. Many tears followed.
