New UDS's

Temps should be slow to come down but if they don't with all vents closed then you definitely have an air leak. I load my UDS like a speed freak to get my lump dumpedand the grills and meat on as fast as possible to catch the temp below 225 and I never open it up unless I am removing cooked meat. I might spray anything that is still left inside but its pretty quick (OK frantic).
