Go in any Waffle House or Omelet Shoppe in America, sit at the counter and watch the guys cooking on their 'Flat Top Grills'. I did and discovered they were great for the patio.
Got lots of ideas for quick meals. They are quick to heat, quick to clean, and low maintenance... I love em.
