Hello everyone,

My name is Frankie coming to you from California. I literally just got into the world of Que and it has become an instant passion. Up until just 2 days ago, I would smoke on my gas grill using a smoke tube. My lovely wife just picked me up a Pit Boss Pro Series 1100 that I'm dying to try out this Saturday.

I look forward to learning a lot from this community and hopefully end up contributing to it once I earn my stripes.
