First, let me say thanks for allowing me to join the Brethren. I used a Holland grill for over 16 years before it fell apart. I looked at all types of grills,smokers,etc. and finally went with the Primo Oval XL. I've had it for two weeks, and really like it. After all these years I did my first Boston Butt and it came out perfect, it even had the smoke ring. I look forward to checking out the recipes and different styles of cooking. Thanks again.
