Hello,

I have joined the the ranks of Q'ers and hope to learn and share.
:thumb:

For years I grilled using Webber kettles and about 2 years ago I stepped up to
the arts of smoking.

My first smoker is the Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn 3 in 1 Combo.

I hope to learn the arts and share what I have learned and found from my many cooks.

Welcome to the forum from Victoria, Aust.
Mostly a friendly bunch here that are very sharing with information.
Enjoy your time here, I sure have

Thank you gals and guys.

I am hoping for a long and useful membership.

I have learned what not to do.

I could go on and on about just learning what meats and names and sizes I had to choose from and what I was use to cooking.

From ignorance my first cut of meat to smoke?
A Picnic.
I did pick the better half though.

Long and tiring smoke. Came out real good but,,,,, only half was to my liking the rest was just gristle and fat.

Just not worth it.

Cheers
