Thank you for having me, My husband and I are obsessed with low and slow, had a cheap wood smoker for 3 years which was a pain we splurged and bought A Traeger pro 575 pellet smoker 5 months ago and wow. We still have our broil King BBQ, professional deep fryer and just bought a beast of a meat slicer, Berkel for shaving brisket, cut bacon and made one smoked pork stuffed with pork sausage for sandwiches. Our specialty is candied smoked fish and teriyaki marinated beef fingerlings.
