Hey y’all. Very happy to finally be here. Spent many hours lurking on all the topics here and figured it was finally time to come out of the shadows.
About to embark on my first smoker build. Going with a UDS, as I have not done much smoking in the past (lots of eating it though!), and a UDS seems like a really great low-cost way to get into the game. Also seems like a great way to learn basic Q principles, and do some DIY tinkering, which I always enjoy.
Anyway, thanks to all of you here who I have learned so much from already, and thrilled to be on board.
