New Meatloaf Pan...

Guess what I'm smoking on Sunday?....Picked up 2 of these on sale today from Williams Sonoma...$8 ea...I like the pull-out insert for ease of use...

That looks really nice. I'm not sure how much more smoke you would get into the meat but it would definitely give you a pan that would drain the grease nicely...

I never use a pan I plunk it down on the grate and let it cook.:noidea:

ok, i just noticed that the pan doesn't have a bottom. interesting.

Most of the time I cook meatloaf on my pizza stone but this pan does look interesting

$8 is pretty good price.

I have one that's mesh all the way around and it works great. Little tough to clean but it puts out some great meatloaf.
