Hey everyone in the BBQ universe. My. Name is Al and I have been BBQing in my yard for about 14 years now and entered a few local competitions and have haired out pretty well in a lot of them. I'm looking to start a competition team here in New Jersey and would like someone who shares the same passion about BBQ like I do.
