A friend told me about this site and said it is an excellent place to learn and discuss Que. to me, there is nothing better than the taste of smoke. Tomorrow I'm going to fire up my new WSM and smoke a butt. Can't wait.

Question: Is it better to use the minion method or the open C with the WSM?
