I am not sure if it is me or not but while I was cooking my fattie last night, it seamed that this beast uses a lot of fule. I know I do not have a proper baffel for it, currently just placing a pice of HD foil over the bracket that holds the water pan.

Will adding the baffel really help that much?

I have raised the fire great about 4 in so there is good air flow under the fire.

I have my Chargriller dialed in I know how it works, but now I need to re-learn things all over.

Any more advice will help, thanks to all in my re-learning process.
