Had steak and shrimp on the brain (I usually do though)



Minute and a half per side, seasoned with Oakridge Santa Maria



The flip and another minute and a half



Next came the shrimp! Three on the left got Smokey Chili Lime, the one on the right is Habanero Death Dust!

Looks wonderful! That steak is perfect! Which seasoning is better on shrimp? The Chili Lime or HDD?
 
Looks fantastic! I had Smokey Chili Lime from Oakridge on shrimp last week. Just oven roasted though. Really outstanding. I think I may have another bag of shrimp in the freezer and if I do, tomorrow nights dinner will be a repeat thanks to this thread.

That’s a tough call Jeremy...

We’ve done the chili lime several times, we’ve done chili lime with HDD combo, and then straight HDD.

For me? The hands down winner is the chili lime and HDD combo!

LOVE the smoke and the sour from the chili lime and the throat punch from the HDD!
