the only thing i can tell from the pic is the ribs look a little dry and dark, brisket looks good with the ring and bark but again hard to tell from the pics.
I can't help with the box don't haft to mess with that in IBCA

I know the judges didn't like it but chit on dem :twisted:

The ribs actually weren't dark... that's just the photo... and they definitely weren't dry. That's what I get for a quick photo during a comp. .
