Nailing Wings

I like the look. What's your first Comp?
Of course, the Rate My Box guys will scream that in the 1st box, that lower right wing is so much darker!
OH The HORROR!

Not many comps here in New England, so first I know of I am going to do is in August. I may try to road trip to another to see if I can hop on with a team to work with them before I do one myself.

Man those look GOOOOOD!!! What cooker did you use and what temp were they cooked at?

Used a Myron Mixon G20. They were at about 330 degrees. No waterpan.

I prefer to cook and eat whole wing sections, but for the purpose of your turn in box I think the first pic with separate wings/drummy sections looks more aesthetically pleasing.

Yah, I did both styles to see how they looked, if the cook was different, and to get others folks feedback. Seems separated gets the vote!
