My new Yoder YS640

Those dual probe ports are sweet, but I'm a little surprised that a Husker went with a Cowboy Orange comp cart! :-o

My original plan was to go Husker red, but I saw the pictures of the YS640 that goes on the trailer with the stickburner with a red cart, and the red just didn't quite look as cool as the contrast of the orange and black.

I'm thinking of getting a few more for my stickburner and my UDS.

Two per cooker should be more than enough because if you got in a big enough pinch you can pull the gasket out and run a few more probes through the port.
