I received my 72XC. I got it unloaded and now I'm trying to figure out how to get it off the pallet!

Very nice, I'm sure it'll turn out some awesome Q. If you haven't figured it out already, I think you need to remove those metal chocks holding the wheels in place and roll it off the pallet.
